"The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area."

"We were in CLT for a wedding and preferred staying all together vs separate hotel rooms. This house was perfect! The decor, furnishings and bedding were excellent. The overall cleanliness of the house was great. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. Very quiet neighborhood and super close to the Ballyntine area and all amenities in that area."

"Ramana’s place is perfect for a large family ,plenty of rooms , a big patio and a large backyard as well.Located in a convenient area, the house was cleaned and the description was very accurate. Communication with Ramana was excellent; all my questions were answered within minutes. We enjoyed our staying at Ramana’s place and we will not hesitate to stay there again during our next visit in the Ballantyne area."

"Pros: clean, good space for family with several kids, good location for our needs, has all the essentials, excellent water pressure! Cons: right next to the busy road, very small water heater (or maybe the water pressure is just that much), starting to show some wear, could use some aesthetic updates Overall it fit our needs and most importantly was clean, and we would return!"

"Absolutely beautiful home! Very inviting and cozy. My family and I came for my daughter's college graduation at Winthrop. Convenient to the university. Pool was heaven sent for our 5 year old. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet area. Definitely look forward to staying again in the future."

"Andrea is a superstar host! We just loved her! The site was a little hard to find, as our GPS took us to a totally different location and finding the correct spot took almost an hour. (Apparently, this is common according to the homeowners in the area we spoke to.)
