Loco Motive- Renovated House in Aragon c.1940 Near Winthrop & Glencairn Garden
- The "Loco Motive" house is located in the heart of Rock Hill. It is an older mill house in the Aragon Mill area and has been recently updated. Just two blocks away from Glencairn Gardens, 1/2 a mile from Winthrop University and the Indoor sports complex , and less than a mile from Downtown Rock Hill. We are 15 minutes from Fort Mill, SC, 20 minutes to Carowinds, and 25 minutes to Charlotte, NC.
The space is a 3 bed, one and a half bath home. New kitchen and bathroom.

Located in the Aragon Mill neighborhood, just two blocks away from Glencairn Gardens. Glencairn Gardens is an 11 acre paradise that boasts a variety of blooms year round. There are several fountains, swings, and walk ways that your family will surely enjoy. Also just a 1/2 a mile from Winthrop University, less than a mile from Downtown Rock Hill and Rock Hill's Indoor Sports Complex.

There is room for 4 vehicles in the parking lot and 3 on the driveway. No street parking due to a narrow street.
