The staff was very helpful the general manager was very nice and helpful checking me in everything was very clean the rooms were very nice like the photo showed the only thing that was wrong was the pool needed to be cleaned and the breakfast staff was amazing

Property is old. They have made a few updates in the rooms, but overall it is a an old hotel. It is clean and the staff are really nice, though. The location is weird…super busy part of Tryon Rd and not much to eat in the vicinity. Probably will choose another place on my next trip to Charlotte

The room setup was great for me and my son. There was a separate bedroom from the living room (which had a pull-out couch). That's ideal when you have a teenage son. Breakfast was great as well. Would definitely recommend this one!
