Property was exactly as depicted in pictures and was spotless. Location was great for our plans and all furnishings were comfortable, though our stay was just for 1 night. Light sleepers may have issue with the constant planes incoming, but it wasn’t enough to keep our group awake. 10/10 would stay again!

My family traveled to Charlotte to celebrate our 15 year old son's birthday and go to an NBA game! We enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. Everything was super clean and up to date. Communication with the owner was good and the check in/out process was smootb.

The location was great, I was able to find some good restaurants and shopping options just minutes away from the property. It was about 20minutes away from major tourist areas in uptown, but navigating through traffic was bearable. The property itself was perfect and all of the personal items made the stay feel even more special and considerate. The towels, toiletries, and wine glasses were exceptional. I also love how the host labeled everything, it was a great property.

This property was a great home base for our son’s multi-day fencing tournament at the Convention Center. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of room for our family of 3. It would be great to have a few throw blankets for the living room and extra blankets for the bedrooms; otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. The property was clean and welcoming. Communication from our host, Bianca, was responsive, quick, and clear. We would definitely consider staying here when we return to Charlotte to visit family.

Property was clean and quiet. We felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. Great location between shopping and Carowinds. Beds were soft and I like that all linens were white. The only thing I’d suggest would be to add more seating in the living room. There were four of us but only enough comfortable seating for 3 while watching tv at night. Would book again!

This property was perfect for our stay! Everything was clean and it is well appointed. We especially liked having a backyard with table, umbrella, and chairs. My husband and kids spent a lot of time at the pool - it was very clean and not busy at all. The neighborhood is located near the airport and in a flight path, which makes it a little noisy. We live near an airport in the flight path, so we are used to that level of noise.

We enjoyed our first stay so we decided to rebook just 3 weeks later. The accommodations are nice, but this time the unit wasn't cleaned well after the last visitors. It was evidence in multiple spaces and we did some cleaning and notified the owner who very graciously refunded us our cleaning deposit. She also was kind enough to retrieve and store a sweater my wife left behind before we flew out of Charlotte. Things happen - we understand and would stay here again. The pool area is a bonus and comes with the rental... it was quiet and we enjoyed ourselves. Would stay again...

My husband, sister-in-law, and I booked this beautiful townhome because we wanted more space than a hotel could offer for the weekend. The property is located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. My sister enjoyed the enclosed backyard because she was able to lay on the turf and soak up some early morning sun. In the guest and master bathrooms, there were baskets of items someone might forget and need to run out to the convenient store. That’s a nice touch we haven’t seen at a property rental before. We expected super firm mattresses, but they were soft memory foam and we all slept great. If we had to change anything it would be: 1. Add blackout curtains in the bedrooms because being awakened by the sun was new for us. 2. Pack our own towels. They’re brand new, so the fuzziness stuck to our skin when drying off. Even if those things don’t change, we’d still book again. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and have decided this will be our home away from home for all of our future trips. Thanks again, Bianca!

Really enjoyed our stay... nicely appointed. Not for the weak in heart to climb the stairs. Nice view from the back lawn area of planes flying in/out... noise was not distracting. Great location that is within 15 min to the city areas. Quiet neighborhood
