This house is recently remodeled. It has a large deck with seating for 10. There is a perfect reading patio overlooking the gardens. Flooring is tile and LVP. Parking available for three cars in the back and one in the front. The house is 1,100 s/f two bedroom one and a half bath. The house is close to the downtown area, Winthrop and the Indoor Sports Complex. Many restaurants in the area. Please don't hesitate to ask for suggestions.

Nice Home with a great front porch

Friends and I stayed here in our way down to Daytona. House is very clean with comfortable beds. Overall mostly quiet although we did hear some distant gunshots at night. Neighbors had a party while we were there but we never heard them. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

Nice property, but I have several suggestions:1)The high-top table & chairs were hard for old peeps like us to use. House is adorable inside. Clean, decorated cute. Driveway was a bit messy. Raining and car was covered in red dirt and so were our feet. Hard to even get in the door without tracking dirt, mud or what looked like straw. Driveway was steep but not a problem there reallyWashing machine sounded like a jet.
