Super friendly staff, went above and beyond, but unfortunately they were extremely short staffed. Each person was doing the work of 2 people and spread very thin. Our master bedroom was EXTREMELY loud. I literally slept maybe 4 hrs each night. Something outside was slamming into the side of the building when the wind blew and when it stopped slamming, something else would squeak.

Great Truckee location, Beautiful stay

Beautiful rooms in a private condo residence building next door to the four seasons main property and ski lifts. The lift is outside the hotel and can take you up and down to the village. Beautiful giant rooms... must have been 3 bedrooms and 3 baths- plenty of space for lots of people
