"I didn't use the laundry room and the parking was safe but the rooms where so dirty specially the bathroom there was hair on the bathtub the wall on the bath tub was so nasty I had to clean it up myself I say for about two weeks never got a knock on my door offering housekeeping "

"This hotel needs a serious renovation. Lots of damage including mold in the shower, holes in walls, smears on walls, dust/skin cells built up on ac unit for years, hallways have lights out or flickering, noise level is loud- you can hear every conversation in the halls and rooms next to you. The gym has a treadmill that shakes. Only thing nice was the free breakfast, comfortable bed, and it’s almost on waterfront. "

"It was a beautiful place, the perks of the view and watching the sleet, ice and snow roll in actually was incredible. I ended up being stuck in Texas 2 more days and fortunately I was able to extend my stay. Everything you needed was close, my sister lived nearby and I was able to see her not as much as I'd liked since the ice storm kept us locked in. I was happy it was a nice view of the lake, and everyone seemed so friendly. I would stay there again. "
