"I didnt get the chance to stay in the room i paid for. All because of the security deposit, they were too adamant to charge fully. I was exhausted and really needed this but all because they didnt want to accommodate me by any means. I tried working with them but they couldnt so i asked if I can get my money back and they gave me a spiel or mainly believe that I wasn’t gonna get my refund and then that’s when they decided to drop the security deposit and even then I tried but they just weren’t making it easy for me to do that with them. Soo i just threw away almost $100 plus the conflict that caused in my family because of it. Worst customer service I have ever had ever. Just sad cause I really felt mislead or with the intention of having me believed that there was nothing I can do when really it was. I just felt very helpless and no knowledge your help on what to do next. "

"We loved the house! Plenty of room for everyone and four bathrooms was great. We did have a problem getting into the house but the host was very responsive and got us in quickly (just a problem with the code). The only issue we had was we could not get the TVs to work. We were able to pair one with our iPad but only for a few hours and then that stopped working as well."

From the moment we walked in, it felt cozy and welcoming, just like home. The décor had so much charm and character, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided.We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the extra space for our family to relax after busy days out. It was the perfect mix of comfort and charm. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing getaway!"
