"This was an amazing location and an amazing house. Have no problem with any of that at all. Only issue I would feel I had was the clean up fee. Upon check out we were told to strip the beds and take all towels sheets to one location. Take out trash to receptacle. Would think that would be something included in immense clean up fee. I know not all tenants are the same - but when we left all that was needed for next stay was to sweep floors, turn on dishwasher and remake beds. Not a lot of...

"The house was simply beautiful. Three families fit in this house and we still had space. The walking bridge is a 30 second walk to the beach. Sitting on the outdoor balcony to tan with the ocean in full view was beautiful. We’ll be back!!!"

"We were surprised and a little unnerved about the rattle snake habitat next to house. But all was good never seen a snake. Beach is A few steps away. My husband enjoyed watching big ships coming . Need some dishes to be able warm things in microwave. Smaller skillet needs replaced. But other than that kitchen was efficient. The doors to bedrooms stick. The one door is hard to shut.Furniture ok. The Queen bed is really soft you sink in the middle. No air in bedroom but there is a fan."

"It was easy to book, very fair on price and they were very accommodating with our 2 adult dogs. The house has great views off the front and the back of the house and plenty porches for everyone to enjoy. It was also a huge plus being so close to the main bars and restaurants in town"

"We had a great time on vacation. We did find a used condom behind the bunk bed and cleaned up water more then once due to the AC leaking. The owner was very prompt with responses but the maintenance crew was not prompt with showing up. The large porch was so nice to be out in at night and the multiple fridges was a huge bonus."

"Very easy to book and check into this property. Owner was very responsive and always checked in with us to ensure everything was OK. Great distance to the beach and house was more than adequately stocked with essential items such as towels, linens, kitchen accessories, etc. Convenience stores are just a mile down the road so it makes it very convenient to grab anything else you need if you run out. Family really enjoyed it and I would stay here again."

"This was a clean property with everything that we needed. The porch and the chair set up was perfect for our crew. There was an issue with the A/C and the point of contact (Tina) for this property was super quick to respond and send someone out immediately to fix it. This could not have been handled better! We will absolutely be looking to rent this property again!"

"Just a short walk to the beach made everyone happy and allowed for family to come and go. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. Older worn appliances and furniture etc, but it was perfect for a large active family. The big dining room table was nice to have during the holiday, plus allowed for keeping snacks and drinks out.
