Good experience

Very friendly staff! The building is a bit of a maze. We opted for a newly renovated room, it appears they're renovating in stages. The breakfast was as expected and sufficient for our needs. The hotel is quiet. The gym is teeny tiny. The central courtyard is actually pretty nice.

We were greeted by the sweetest lady at the front desk the night we checked!! The parking was great and out room was very clean. The court yard was very peaceful and the furniture was clean and comfy. This will be our new spot to stay when we are in town.

It was uncomfortable, the breakfast lady was so nice and the front office staff was too, but the ceiling had water damage and the matress protector had a blood stain on it.

Check in was quick. But I counted 3 bugs in the room. Closet had no door at all looks as though they removed it but left the fixtures of where it was. Ac vents looked rusty. Baseboards full of marks. Needs to be remodeled.

The suite was large and had everything we needed, but the couch was ripped, the shower curtain too short, and the sink was only to drain very slowly. The place is enormous and don't take someone with limited mobility as the walk to a room is FAR. The breakfast was acceptable but did not have enough food for the number of people there!

Great value and great price for the room we got . Mattresses were a little lumpy could use some replacing. One of the interior bathrooms would not lock. Other than that everything was great. Great wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Dont bother wasting your time to make a resevation here. They cancelled us 2 hours before check in time and did not call us. They overbook do obviously someone is going to get there and not have a place to stay. BEWARE!

It was so great we changed our trip to stay.

Every little issue I had, and even my many requests were handled with the utmost politeness and care. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughters and I a great stay. They even went so far as to suggest things to do when the weather curtailed our beach plans. My only suggestions would be to fix the floor in the bathroom as it's a trip hazard. And to make sure that if people are going to enter my room while I'm in there, they understand what I'm saying.

Check in process was crazy. We had 5 rooms reservation but they said "No room available today. Reservation doesn't secure the room. Reservation is just a reservation." They found rooms for us 30 min after manager came in. But totally different room from what we reserved. Manager was good.

The Hot startup was great for our King Family.... Lots of people so had to wait in 1st room while Secind room finished. Not ready till 1.5 hr after normal checkin. Asked for 2 room on second floor inside. Got 2 room outside 1st and 2nd....... Everyone nice and friendly...

Wow was I impressed when we walked into this room. I always show up at a regular hotel (non resort) with the expectation of having to clean it and disinfect it myself and for it to have a bad odor. I did not have to do anything to this place. We booked this place because it is close enough to the beach and we did not want to stay at another place on the beach because of how dirty they are and reap of mildew. I can't express enough how satisfied we were with this property. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay again on our ride to the beach.

The customer service was excellent but there was some sort of miscommunication with the rooms saying "multiple beds/ 2 queen beds" on Expedia. Also, in the room, the TV was broken, rust on the fridge, cracked mirror, and completely visible water damage to the dresser that went up to about half of the dresser.
