"Housekeeping needs to come at checkout time and NOT two hours prior to, other than that this was a good stay."

"Didn't receive a balcony room but got placed in a handicapped room which disappointed me. The plumbing was antiquated. Apparently they were overbooked or full and my reservation wasn't important to them . Out of two elevators which were inadequate, one was out of service half the time "
