The staff were great. The rooms were extremely clean and very modern. Although I didn't get the king suite I booked for I was accommodated and I appreciate that a lot. I will go back anytime im in downtown Orlando!

The staff was friendly. The bed was super comfortable. Hotel was very clean and room was quiet. Pillows were also great. Had a broken curtain pull rod in my room which made it difficult to close curtains.

The room was spotless and the staff from the valets to the front desk and anyone I saw in the hallways was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The room was quiet and the bad was very comfortable.

The front desk lady I think her name was Natasha, she was AMAZING! Room was wonderful! I will say the bartender was atrocious, she seemed like she was under the influence of something it was odd. All around wonderful other than that though!
