The poorly kept grounds and lack of phone service only added to the inconvenience. Improvement is desperately needed for a more enjoyable stay Additionally, despite our concerns, we're still awaiting a refund from Expedia for our disappointing experience. It's frustrating to encounter both subpar accommodations and delays in reimbursement. We hope for a swift resolution to this matter. "
