"Cabins were very clean. The River is within walking distance. We saw coyotes and elk near our cabin. Close to Jasper and Maligne Lake. Bistro had wonderful breakfast! "
"The room was nice and clean and comfortable. It was located near many restaurants and shops. We stayed here after taking a 3 day rocky mountaineer train trip from Vancouver. We would stay here again. "
"As above mentioned, everyone from the front desk and the rest of the staff were excellent, personable, helpful and professional. The only issue was that the fridge in our room froze everything over night. There was no adjustment that we could adjust, it required that the mini fridge be pull out and adjusted and we did not want to do that.
Minor problem, we enjoyed everything else "
"Amazing property with exceptional customer service!! Jacob and Elle at The Boathouse- wow so kind and helpful!! Saphira (sp? Apologies) at the lodge for drinks and appetizers. Everything about our stay was incredible. We woke up and had coffee at Mildred Lake and it was gorgeous. We water-biked, rented e-bikes two days in a row into Jasper (and beyond) and overall just loved how accessible everything was.Would return in a heartbeat. "
