My husband and I stayed one night at the Jasper Chateau and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, the well-stocked room, the front desk staff, and the location of the facility. We highly recommend staying here!
We had a lovely stay at Château Jasper with our family, including our 8-year-old and two dogs! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were great after a long day of exploring. The pool area was quaint, well-maintained, and clean, making it a nice spot to relax. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We really appreciated having a comfortable, pet-friendly place to stay while visiting Jasper. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again!
The hotel was lovely. My favourite part was the breakfast buffet, the food was super tasty and they had lots of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Great spot, Reed the quiet part of town so you’re able to park and go get dinner and enjoy after your day of hiking, staff was super nice very clean very friendly
It's a lovely hotel, in a quiet area. It's a ten minute walk to the centre of Jasper, where all the shops are. The next door hotel is used if you want to do laundry.
The staff were excellent and very polite. Some of the dining room staff were very good and a couple were a little slack bringing the bill while we waited. The floor lamp in our room had a filthy lampshade but the room was clean. We had an issue with housekeeping not changing our glasses and mugs for clean ones when they refreshed our room. We had no way of doing dishes, even if we wanted to, and we did pay quite a bit for our room.
We only stayed 1 night, but everything was lovely. Free parking for your car. Surrounded by mountains, 15mins walk to central street. Would stay again!
Would stay there again !
Cozy bed.clean room and bathroom.felt very comfortable and could ask the staff anything. Had everything we needed . Maybe continental breakfast could added to room... would be handy
We just stayed one night when passing through Jasper. The hotel room was clean. It was close enough to places where you could walk. The parking lot did fill up fast and we thankfully were able to find the last spot after dinner one night. We did use the pool and the hot tub. There was a dry sauna that we also used. I believe it was a pay to order breakfast.
