"Staff was great and very friendly. The hotel itself is older and not well maintained, but the room was very large and a good value for the price. It’s a solid option if you’re just looking for an inexpensive place to stay. That said, it’s not somewhere I would choose for a family stay."

"Beautiful hotel walking distance from Disney Springs. Very clean. A lot to do there. Friendly staff but what stood out mostly was the employee at the front counter checking me in. Her name was FAITH and she was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I had a little issue and she resolved it quickly and nicely. Probably one of the best front counter people I’ve encountered in my travels and I travel a lot. A terrific family place to stay. Not a 5 star elite resort but for a family with a budget……can’t do much better."

"Great value stay, great pool area, restaurant was decent and could get takeout to eat by the pool. Quiet, no noise issues. Room was clean and fine, although I could not find the coffee pot and there was only 1 tiny trashcan in the bathroom. I didn't like being charged extra for parking. "

"By far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my 31 years of life from the moment I checked in, room service, additional fees that we were not advised of and did not provide the original room I booked they had to switch me over after complaining. The second night we found insects in restroom, also experienced bed bug bites throughout the stay. Very poor management (Gustavo) horrible experience will never ever return. Save yourself the money. "

"The tranportation to and from the parks is very misleading. You can't view the times until you get to the hotel and the busing is not condusive to getting to and from the parks for a typical Disney park goer. I was happy with the luggage storage but I did find the wait at the front desk a little frustrating for a hotel that large to only have one front desk person. Lots of high school music performers, Be aware of large group of teenagers being there ie someone pulled the fire alarm late at night."
