"Wonderful location. It was tricky, and expensive to get around without a car - would definitely recommend having a car in this location. Pool was beautiful. Deck was beautiful. Only criticism was that there was building work going on which started very early on the Monday morning, which we did not know about before the booking had been confirmed - and we might have chosen a different property if we had known. The building manager kindly sorted out a pause to the work on the second day. Hopefully the work will be over shortly and you can enjoy this lovely house in peace!"

"Beautiful and sparkling clean rooms set in a really wonderful piece of land. The photos don't do it justice! My one complaint would be that we had heard so much about the wonderful breakfasts and were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the more extensive menu is exclusively offered to people stopping in for breakfast only. We would have happily paid to upgrade from our free breakfast! "

"Great stay with an excellent panoramic view of Lake Arenal, especially at sunset. The villa was clean, comfortable, and the AC kept the space very comfortable. The setting was quiet and relaxing, and the location worked well for exploring the area. Overall, a beautiful place to stay for a few days. "We stayed for two nights. The house is quite nice and the restaurant across the road is quite convenient and good. The restaurant also has a great sunset view. The road in is a little rough so highly recommend an SUV. Didn’t need 4x4 to get in but having a bigger car was helpful. The house was a little farther from activities around the volcano than I had anticipated so be mindful that from the house to the volcano is more like 50-55 min. "
