"This was a very nice little hotel and a nice little small town. Everything was very clean and overall it was a great experience a little bit off the beaten path. "I stayed here for an overnight stop between La Fortuna and Monteverde, the hotel was better than I was expecting. Everything was great, a/c provided, was clean and comfortable and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again if I were passing through. Tilarán is quite a sleepy little town, not a great deal going on there"

"This is place to be in if you are a nature lover. This place is so serene and peaceful. The staff especially, Emel and Carlos took care of us so dearly. We felt as if we are home and they really took care of whatever we need. However, you need all wheel drive to get to Monteverde and also to this Hotel. That was the only hiccup we had. "The A/C was not functioning for the duration of our stay and despite reaching out to the owner on vrbo as well as by WhatsApp, the issue was not addressed. In addition, the patio did not have any furniture, so we were sitting on the tile floor to get fresh air given the cooling issues inside. Would not recommend staying at this condo for any length of time. "
