"The apartment is at the top of a hill that is steep.. You drive up it and take a right at the top into an alley that has 4 spots for cars. Walking up and down the road(High Street) is challenging because the incline is steep. At the bottom of the hill is a transit station for free bus service. "We really loved the house and the hospitality. The house has more than one needs for a great time on the peninsula. Very spacious, clean, detail-oriented townhouse. We loved the rooftop with its BBQ station. Kitchen has a nice setup, streaming services, wetsuits, bikes. Russ was super nice and responded quickly. 5 stars!"

"The location is incredible and great views. We liked the layout of the place and the amenities were decent. Very nice kitchen. We might stay here again but would like to offer some suggestions to make it better. We wanted to use the gas grille but it didn’t have a starter and nobody got back to us for over a day and a half and we checked out when they got back. "Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful."
