Hello ma’am we sincerely apologise again for that but we have made the process seamless for anyone to be able to check in by themselves when they do come in. We have electronic codes for the doors and you will find all you need in the apartment. You can also reach us through our numbers or even ask what you need of our security staffs on ground. Our facility is known for privacy of the other occupants in their various apartments so having people around in the evening or night does little or nothing to help their comfort. We do have them during the day though. We apologise you feel this way and next time we will do our best to see you satisfied.

Uju was very helpful! She assisted my husband and I with calling transport. Anything we needed for our room or any issues, they were addressed quickly

From the property management to the apartment / room that my family and I stayed in was so horrible. Had to change and move different rooms, however not fit for purpose. Poor communication among rude staff. They threw out my luggage from the apartment before the due check out time. You can imagine how that made me feel. As a result, I lost my brand new boxed Samsung galaxy which I bought and brought from London United Kingdom that was meant to be delivered to a family member. I rang the property on the 8th February 2024 to lay complaint but the management was rude to me on the phone. Rhema Apartments is the most terrible place I have stayed in my life. No iota of hospitality after paying huge sums for 5 nights. This is not the type of environment you would like to stay in, think twice before investing. I am going to make a formal report on my missing brand new mobile phone. I’m so sad to be honest

Hello Mr Stanley, firstly we apologise you feel this way, we wish to however point out the facts backed with evidence. Accusing anyone of theft is a serious issue and we will be reporting this matter to the relevant authorities immediately. There is footage of everything that transpired after all. We put several calls to you and your wife after you promised to leave that morning knowing fully well another guest was coming to stay at that apartment but you refused to pick our calls, three of our staffs moved your things safely into the office as it was 2hours past the check out time and yet you were not responding and at this point the guests who were to check in were visibly irritated and tired. We tried to reach you yet again and you ignored, so we moved them and as thankfully all bags were packed already. We even have footage from outside your apartment to the office and even all the while it was in the office when you came in as well so its a wonder how you discovered this “missing phone” three days later after you left our facility. We dont tolerate theft here and no one has ever laid that kind of complaint plus we wont allow that kind of unfounded accusation go that way. Its unfair and a stain to our reputable name.
