"Everything was perfect with this hotel, the standards are very high and the staff also present themselves in a respectful and mature manner, staying here was a pleasure and having everything so close clime Ferry’s , tickets booths to boats and bars right outside the doorstep was a bonus. I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to visit Lake Como and have an operating base to use Palace hotel as the service was exceptional."

"We stayed here for four nights —-booked two rooms for our family. Some of the highlights include: 1) great, fantastic location which is short walking distance to ferry, shops and restaurants. 2) we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and beautiful swimming pool every day. 3) super comfortable beds and well air conditioned rooms. 4) staffs at the breakfast, pool and concierge are super attentive, warm and helpful. The concierge booked a private boat tour for us and provided useful advices on day trips and ferry schedules. The only and the biggest low light was that the casual restaurant (La Goletta) was super disappointing. The food was boring, plain, and poorly prepared . The restaurant waiters were cold and stern. Given the price, the restaurant felt way below our expectation. Recommend to stay at the hotel but eat elsewhere."

"Rooms are very small. Bathroom is small but functionall. Walls are very thin. Thought the people next door were in our room. Luckily they quieted down early. Substantial road noise. Property is right on the street. Elevator is a bit sketchy. Better to use the stairs. Now the positives. Staff was on point. Hotel is situated between Como and"
