On multiple websites it stated their was a spa for guest use, despite this not being the case. The info in our room also stated breakfast basket apon arrival as well as spa for guest to use, neither which were true. "Our stay though was amazing. Very welcoming staff on arrival and nothing too much trouble. The classic cabin was awesome and met all our needs. Spotlessly clean and close to the jumping pillow and pool. The games centre was unbelievable and the kids loved it. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Totally recommend the BIG4 Park Lane Holiday Park."
