"Listen to past reviews and do not book. Called to get early check in. After about 20 min on hold, I was told OK, but had to call back to cancel because of 40min of traffic. I told them so would be very late and asked if I needed to call to confirm I was coming if it got past a certain time. I was told no, any time would be fine. I went to address- no sign of a Holiday Inn. I called with question on parking garage and entering and was told they were sorry, but they had overbooked. Said they called people to inform them- no record of a call. I shared my experience with Holiday Inn because someone needs to check what the heck is going on. Waiting for my refund from Expedia."

"Clean but dated. Cons: Beat up furniture, lampshades falling apart. Faint musty/weed smell. Weak WiFi. Whine from shower. Lights turn off if you don’t move around. Pros: clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, functional thermostat. "
