Other things were beyond anyone's control. The host was very communicative and informative; the young lady that met me to give me the key was also very pleasant and informative. "The hotel was fine, but wouldn’t go back there. We stayed on the second floor which was very noisy every night, you could hear everyone walking around the floor and talking. In addition, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows were very soft and didn’t support you very well. The room was not cleaned on the first night of our stay and we had to ask for more towels etc. Finally, we tried the breakfast on the last day and it was atrocious - 25 euro pp for a lukewarm breakfast with very little choice. "
