"Ok first of all you never told me we have to be there before 10, u only said to call to check in, and i did bit unfortunately when i arrive nobody was there and i stayed in practically in the streets and they didn’t gave me a refund, so i expect u guys do something."

"This place it´s perfect for someone who travels alone and needs a place to sleep without entering in to Madrid. The most inconvenient part was not having an elevator and carrying the luggage to a second floor. Since it´s located next to a truck facility, the trucks wake you up in the early morning. "

The room was very small with no Tv and the bathroom stayed wet tge entire time drspite the fact that we had the dan on and the window of the room open. It was freezing ypon areical as rhey oeft the window wide open. It was also VERY noisy. They slso wanted extra money for more towels even tho we booked a 3 day stay Would not stay again. "
