The staff are helpful, professional and courteous. My only criticism is that it was difficult to cool the room the way I prefer. But overall a good mid range well priced hotel."

Our train from Paris was cancelled and so we needed to reduce our nights stayed, and he was very unhelpful and rigid despite Hotels.com contacting him and offering to reverse all charges/commissions."

The shower was a small challenge given the smoothness of the very deep bathtub. It was not easy to stay warm while washing our body and the open-air shower."
