The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. "The house is absolutely stunning! Pat the owner goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as wonderful as possible. She has everything for you toiletries, beverages, snacks, etc. She takes special orders for breakfast, which is amazing when traveling with picky eaters. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Had trouble with our door code and someone was over to help us in under 10 minutes. I did not realize when booking it was on the back side of a club so I will say it was loud until the early morning hours but that’s what you can expect! "
