"This is rated a 4 star hotel, however I don't think it deserves this rating. The rooms are comfortable and clean but I think the bath should have a nonslip surface and there should be a rail to hold onto when getting into the bath. The cafeteria does not offer or other food unless the restaurant is open. The buffet breakfast is abundant. The restaurant only offers an evening meal with a set menu of limited choice and no vegetarian options. We did not use the spa facilities."

"Good place to stay if you want to be fairly central. It's in a modern area next to El Corte Ingles, about 15 minute walk either to the old bit or one of the beaches, with plenty of bars restaurants shops in both directions. We found free parking about 10 minute walk away. Good facilities and breakfast. "The photos don’t do justice to the deluxe terrace room. The amenities in the room are top of the line. The views spectacular. The plush towels, robe/slippers, comfy bed, soaker tub with the full view of the water, tv rising out of the footboard, hallway lighting at your feet, private access to rooftop jacuzzi, on and on the amenities are endless. A perfect beach to walk on nearby. What an amazing hotel. Only downside was infinity salt water pool was not open yet. "

"Great location with plenty of dining options nearby. Easily accessible by bus L5 from the train station (L1A from the bus station). The reception gave us a map and explained the essentials to explore the city (landmarks, dining, marketplace etc.). Room size was decent and with good heating/air-conditioning. The soundproof was poor however. We could hear the traffic well."
