"The hotel was exceptional! The staff was very helpful. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The waitress Marie Alex St. Cyr was exceptional. She served us two days and was so helpful and friendly."

"Great stay. Beutiful room, super clean, and staff were lovely. My only suggestion: it was raining when we first arrived and not knowing where to go, we wanted to regroup in the bar and enjoy a cocktail however, the bar did not open until 16:00. Champaign problem I get it. But it would have been nice to find a place to rest. Lobby, too, was extremely busy so was difficult to just find a quiet place."

"The front stairs are challenging so be sure to use back entrance Location is excellent with the park across from hotel and walkable to all the sites. Staff are exceptional! We ordered in dinner and ate on the terrace which was phenomenal! We found the breakfast to be overpriced and lacking so only had one breakfast. The hotel was a welcome respite after a long day of sightseeing….great beds and quiet! Our party of 5 highly recommend the hotel!"

"Great space - our room had odd angles that gave it lots of character. The view overlooking the street was great, and though the street was loud and lively, you wouldn’t have known that from inside the room, as the windows blocked out the sound well. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Quebec, so exploring was easy. A heads up that parking is a challenge in the old city, however, and the hotel is on a pedestrian only street, so you either need to drop some people off with bags and go park, or park and walk back with your luggage. We parked in the garage under city hall, just a couple blocks away, had a couple of roller bags, and the weather was good, so it all worked out."

"My mom and I travelled to Quebec City for a weekend and stayed here. The location was wonderful! Located in the upper old Quebec City area there was wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby, and the hotel was an easy walk, or Funicular ride, down to the lower area. The room had plenty of space for two and the bathroom was well equipped. They had wine glasses available in the lobby area, and there was a Nespresso machine both in the room and lobby. The staff was extremely helpful and we were able to store our baggage after check out as we had time between check out and our flight. New towels and a quick tidy were provided daily. Breakfast was excellent and it was a nice perk to have breakfast on site. I would definitely recommend Hotel Acadia and would stay here again."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clarendon. Our room & the hotel in general were kept spotless, beautiful modern bathroom in the rooms, & most of all, the entire staff was extremely polite, friendly, helpful, courteous, etc. We had breakfast every morning in the hotel restaurant. Food was excellent & again, staff was awesome!"
