建物・部屋は清潔。清掃は3日に一回だか、ゴミ回収は毎日してもらえる（ゴミ箱を廊下に出しておく）。アメニティやティー/コーヒーバックがもらえて便利。電子レンジはない。

新しいホテルで設備や内装はたいへんきれいです。
東山駅から歩いて2-3分ですが、白川沿いの静かな環境に立地します。
眺望は、私の宿泊した部屋からはありませんでした。
水圧が低く、バスタブにお湯をためるためにすごく時間がかかりました。
