"Apart from our bedroom being only a tad on the small side our stay at The NOHGA was simply amazing. Great small boutique vibe, airy and bright reception with friendly and helpful staff. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable and the overhead shower was superb. Breakfasts were plentiful with gorgeous fresh fruits and salads, array of pastries and freshly cooked to order breakfasts. We ate once at the restaurant. Food was so delicious that we could have eaten more. Thank you for a great stay. "

" Very clean and lovely room with loungewear and socks for guests, making it so easy to enjoy the lounge and public bath amenity in the basement floor! Convenient for trains with Kyoto station in walkable distance and a really lovely entrance and decor. A great choice for anyone who wants to truly experience Japanese culture!"

"The room was spacious for one person. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was big, with a separate room for the bath and shower. The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was located very close to a train station and within an easy walk to numerous bus stops. "
