閑静な住宅地内にあり、駅からのアクセスもバスが頻繁に往来しよく、近所に銭湯も、楽しめました。また、機会を見つけて利用させていただきたい宿です

アクセスもよくすぐ歩いたら鴨川が見えます。 良かった点：建物が新しい、アメニティ充実、ホスピタリティがよかった（暖房つけてくれてた）、エレベーター完備 微妙だった点：とくに弊害はなかったけどフロントが24時間ではない、ドア開閉がカギ式なのでわりと荷物になる。 くらいです。 機会があればまた泊まりたいです。

Petit hotel sympathique changeant des grosses machines aux multiples services, bon concept sur le service et le nettoyage non systématique, emplacement au calme sans être trop excentré, mais chambre peu agréable avec des meubles encombrant l'espace et surtout absence de store occultant malgré chambre au rez-de chaussée devant l'éclairage public. If you are looking for a cozy quiet location still relatively close to major hubs, this is a perfect spot. The place was small, tidy, quiet, and just a comfortable stay. The location was everything, the walk from the train station was a breezy comfortable 15 minute walk (which didn't feel like 15 minutes since it was right next to the lovely Takasegawa canal which was such an amazing walk). And if you needed the metro, the station is right across the bridge. and next to gojo cycle where we rented bikes, and could explore the city that way. Would come back again just for the location and the feel of a quiet oasis in the city.

I loved the location of the hotel and the room was lovely and spotless. One thing I was not aware of when booking is that they do not service the room daily, they will only change the bins and towels if you indicate this via a sign on the door. This means that the tea and coffee is not replenished or cups/glassed washed or replaced etc. I think this is a little lacking for the price of the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was great.

I really loved the smaller size of this property and its location next to a river. It felt like a guesthouse/boutique hotel. It was also quite centrally located and close to two subway lines and a bus stop, with several convenience stores and cafes nearby, so very convenient and easy to access tourist sites! The room was pretty spacious and the comforter extremely comfortable! Housekeeping is optional and not done by default - you can put a magnet outside your door stating your preference each day. This helps it to feel more homey for a longer stay and is helpful for the environment. It was slightly hard to find the first night in the dark because Google maps led me down a bunch of small streets to the back entrance, but it’s actually pretty easy to find from the front during daylight. Also, reception closes at 10pm, but you can check in at another location after that.

很好的住宿體驗，房間雖然有點小，但很乾淨舒適，地理位置蠻好的，就在鴨川附近，早上起來一出門環境悠靜，心情會很好！附近也有方便的巴士站，去到鬧區搭巴士一下就到了～櫃檯人員很有禮貌，會提早訊息詢問check in時間～下次還會再入住！

Cosy and comfortable!

It is clean, comfortable, cosy and quiet hotel situated next to Kamo River and Kiyomizu-gojo Train Station, one stop away from Gion Shijo Station (direct Keihan line from Osaka). You can go to all tourist attractions easily by bus or train from here too. There is a Family Mart nearby. We spent 3 nights here. The only con was that the room was small and it only allowed 2 persons to stay in one room though the 2single beds were big enough to occupy my 11years old child. In the end we needed to book another extra room for my husband to stay in. If you are traveling in even numbers, like a couple for honey moon, we highly recommended it!

We loved the location and ease of use. We didn’t like that couldn’t purchase laundry detergent after a certain time. There was long black hair all over our towels, sheets, pillows, and floor. Considering, neither of us have long black hair, we were pretty grossed out. Other than that the place was great.
