1. Very good location, next to Aeon mall. Bus stop just right outside the main road. Nagoya station just within working distance. 2. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. 3. We booked the Hollywood room, room is clean and spacious.

Rooms were very clean. Easy to get in and out. AC/heating unit worked well and was quieg. The room was large enough for my needs with a small desk. In room fridge was handy. Could have been helpful to have inroom safe. Staff was polite. Check in/out was fast and efficient. Would stay again.

Not too far from Kyoto Station. Checking in and out was a breeze. The room was also very clean and comfy. I really appreciated the on-site laundry and that we were able to leave our bags for a couple of hours after our checkout.

Its 5 mins walk from kyoto station. The beds were comfortable, the staff was very helpful. If you are heavily relying on washer/dryer, make sure you have smaller load or use dryer for longer time! Other than that, great location and good service.

A close option for someone staying in Kyoto. A point to note however, almost all major attractions are on the other side of Kyoto station. There are local stores and eateries nearby and the mall is right next door. The staff is very helpful.

Hotel is cross street to Aeon mall, about 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom are clean. Bed is okay but the bracket is a bit too small for two person. Definitely will come back.

The hotel was located within a short walk to the Kyoto station so there very good options for public transportation. The hotel was also within a short walk to a mall, a couple of convenience stores, and many dining options. The hotel itself was visibly clean for the most part, but the wallpaper in the hotel room was torn off in several places and had some small unclean spots on it. Also, the room developed a strong musty smell that was impossible to cover up with air spray, but the smell disappeared after a housekeeping cleaned the room a few days after my arrival. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Overall, this hotel is a decent option for those traveling on a low budget but still want to be in a safe and convenient location.

Excellent location for train station

Basic, Very compact & bijou like many Japanese city hotels. Excellent location for train station and eateries. No daily house clean. Lugage storage available, no early check in, from 4pm only. Very slow, receptionist help you usecheck in machine.

The room was spacious but housekeeping definitely missed some areas when we checked in (i.e., hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours). The hotel was in a good location and we liked that it was so close to Kyoto Station. The check in wasn’t until 4pm, but they had spots you could store your bags at. We liked that they use a keypad system and not a keycard for the room.

Hotel is very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from Kyoto Station and located close to Aeon Mall which has many restaurant and shops. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Except the quilt is too thick, too heavy and feel hot even outside temperature is around 7 degree. Staffs are warm, helpful and can speak some English. Its a good self services hotel. We definitely will come back.

Good little place

It was good. Perfect for what we needed. Next to the ststion, you had a really fun and useful mall right next door. The staff was excellent. No issues at all whatsoever. Maybe the bed frames could be a bit better since they are very noisy when someone moves around. But other then that, we were satisfied with the given price for the rooms.

Great stay ! You can change your towels daily at the reception. Well located 10 minutes away from Kyoto station and across big Aeon mall. Only negative point is housekeeping comes after 3rd night..

Okay stay if you just need a place to sleep

A very budget hotel. Stay was for 6 nights as Kyoto was our base for travel in the Kansai-Hiroshima area. Chose hotel as it was fairly inexpensive and close to Kyoto Station.
