"Clean room, amenities on ground floor, 7-11 also on ground floor connected to hotel. Guests could store luggage on check out day. Location was also good, close to Kyoto station."

"Lovely stay at this hotel, beautiful room with a great view, nice public bath in the basement, very helpful and friendly staff. Only negative is that there is only 1 washing machine available to males (2 for females) but as there were no females in our group there was a long way to use the washing machine. Would definitely stay again."
