Its has much space than our hotel in Osaka. The bathroom was perfect- love the rain shower. The hotel is next to 7 eleven which is very convenient for us...everyday konbini experience. Very clean and lots of good amenities. I love the in house onsen experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends who will visit Kyoto.

Staff were very friendly and area is nice. However the room smelled strongly like body odor as soon as we walked in and stayed the entire time. Pillows are extremely stiff and uncomfortable, and beds were not made the last day. The 3 person room does not have enough room for 3 large bags. Hotel also does not provide water in the room, you have to go to the second floor to refill your own bottles.

I had a wonderful stay, was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and located in a great neighborhood, was easy to check-in and check-out, the Wi-Fi was fast, and everything we needed was available. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting

Rooms are a little small but should be fine if youre traveling light. Property and rooms were really clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is really close to train station and has a bus stop almost right outside the door.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Not alot going on in the immediate area but we liked that. The onsen was great after a long day. Walkable to the older areas. The room was quite tight but good value. Definitely stay again.
