Everything was clean. Only complaint was that one of the laundry washing machines was clogged leaving only two left with three dryers. Staff was very respectful and accommodating. Good, quiet location. If using overseas appliances, you will need to bring an adapter, as there are no universal adapters included.

駐車場が分からなかったので電話で聞いたところスタッフが丁寧に教えてくれました。 　 部屋自体は満足でしたが所々埃がすごかったです。 換気扇も回ってる感じがしませんでした。

京都駅から近く、バス停も目の前で交通の便がとてもよかったです。夕食も食べるとこがたくさん近くにあってよかったです。急に宿泊することになったので駐車場の空きがなく近くに停めましたがリーズナブルでした。従業員の方々も丁寧で笑顔が多く、また、温泉もあって最高でした！

距離京都站有少少遠，但勝在搭巴士往清水寺，錦市場都只需30分鐘車程，而且巴士站就在酒店門口。步行往Aeon mall 都只需10分鐘左右。

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und okay. Es liegt 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß südlich vom Bahnhof und damit nicht in der Innenstadt. Mit der Metro ist diese aber gut zu erreichen. Ein Onsen ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich. Kann man machen, wenn es günstig ist. Sonst sollte man aber Alternativen erwägen.

Eine sehr grosse, schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Alles war bestens. Auch der Wäscherei wäre super, wenn der Trockner richtig funktioniert hätte. Wir mussten mit der Wäsche zum nächsten Waschsalon um die Ecke. Ansonsten super Hotel
