"Getting a washer or dryer took a very long time because people would either forget about their stuff or add 60 minutes. Would be helpful if there was a basket to put someone else’s clothes, so you could take your turn (give a 10-15 pickup window or it goes in a basket). Breakfast was fantastic!"

"AMAZING location. Can’t get any better if you’re in Kyoto for a few days because it’s above the station so you minimize the commute and teleport to your room immediately. Huge rooms and incredibly welcoming staff. Great sauna to relax and a decent swimming pool. Everything was perfect."
