This hotel is AMAZING!!!! By far the best hotel we had during our stay in Japan. The hotel was very clean. The staff are so sweet and polite. Everything you need is provided by the hotel. 100% recommend. I can't wait to return to this hotel.

FIVE STARS! This was by far the best hotel in all of our Japan trip. The staff was excellent and super nice! The room was super spacious and the bathroom was huge - we loved the shower. They also had some snacks and water available all the time as compliments and were refilled daily. Location was also great, with Kyotos Gion District for dinning and largest Temples all within a short walk.

The location was amazing, right beside a river and walking distance from the center of Gion. The staff were extremely professional and attentive. The room was beautiful, with elegant modernized ryokan-style decor and a huge Japanese bath. A very new luxury property, with all the little details such as touchless elevator buttons. Definitely coming back.

This hotel was so special! From the rooms, to the products in the rooms, the wonderful snacks and drinks available all highly curated for your enjoyment. The Cyprus deep bathtub was wonderful after a long day of walking. The rooms are high end, clean and beautifully designedl. The Japanese breakfasts were amazing. The staff was incredible and we would love to stay there again.

酒店位於京都白川旁，感覺恬靜，景色優美。靠近市營地下鐵東山站。步行去河原町、南禪寺、蹴上傾斜鐵道、八坂神社等景點都是十至十五分鐘左右。整間酒店光線充足，不論是大堂或房間的裝修主題都以石和木為主。職員態度有禮，由於整棟酒店只有九間房間，所以職員們應該會記住每位入住旅客的樣子。 房間很整潔簇新，可看到白川河景。移動浴室木門偶爾會有小木刺掉落，不過只是小問題。雪櫃內有Perrier礦泉水、可口可樂、SAPPORO黑啤等。浴室有一個木製大浴缸，水龍頭流出的水有浴鹽味道(?)。打開浴室木窗便是大玻璃，玻璃下半部貼上了半透明膠紙，所以看不到河景。如果走太近的話，街上的人或許會見到住客的影子。洗手盆旁邊有Laura Ashley沐浴套裝和雪肌精護膚套裝，一般酒店都不會提供這些用品。 地下大堂是前台、guest lounge和食早餐的地方。Guest lounge提供許多食物和飲品如著名的京都北山malebranche茶之菓。雖然lounge晚上十點會關閉，不過酒店附近亦有24小時營業的超市和便利店。 酒店門外馬路狹窄，但勉強可以停泊一部車輛。即使呼叫的士也沒有大問題。
