"The hotel itself was beautiful and centrally located to the Acropolis and the Plaka District. The staff was exceptional, the Lobbie area, the pool the bar all beautifully maintained and comfortable for relaxing. The room I stayed in, however was not the greatest. The refrigerator didn’t work. The wallpaper on the walls were bubbling, the room had a overpowering perfume smell when we first arrived. I’m guessing to try to cover up any cigarette smell seeing that it is a smoking hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable. They were stained. They probably need to be replaced."

"I had an offer to upgrade my stay to a better room which was not clear the price as they claim to upgrade the stay for 95 euros and they fail to inform that was additional per night, therefore I had to pay in full the extra amount. In addition I had to stay one extra night, so at check out from one room to another they came at 11am sharp to move my stuff, they did not even care that I was half naked as they open the door of the room without nocking the door looking for my stuff. At the next day on checkout they offer me the storage of the bag and they charged me extra for the storage. Considering that the hotel location is great they will not be an option for me I recommend to avoid this hotel and look for better options and choose this one if you cannot find anything else"

B4B Athens Signature Hotel

"Perfect location to explore Athens a close proximity to all the sites. No need for any transportation (Uber Taxi etc.) the Parthenon Acropolis and the Plaka were 2 blocks away. A Rooftop Restaurant offered a nice meal and atmosphere to relax. We stayed 5/20-5/22 and returned 5/30-6/2 were given the same room #403. A nice view of downtown and the Acropolis. It was a clean room with TV, stocked mini bar & fridge. Bed was comfortable NOISE-Because it’s located in the heart of the city expect street noise (horns from cars, buses scooters and the sirens of Police & Emergency Vehicles). In addition the Rooftop Restaurant is located 1 floor above rooms 401-408. The sound of tables and chairs being moved around was an issue at bedtime. Definitely ask for the 3rd floor if you’re a light sleeper & bring ear plugs. Free Buffet Breakfast was offered with unlimited Coffee & Juices. Good selection of local items cheeses, breads, pastries and of course the staples (bacon, sausage, salami, scrambled eggs or fried & other things) We would recommend using this hotel and would return."

"Ermass was very clean and our room was great! The staff were kind and helpful. The location was a little distant to where we spent most of our time, but we were able to walk there just fine during the day but we took Ubers at night to be on the safe side since some of the streets you pass through are a little sketchy."
