This roused the manager who came out and had been waiting for us by name. How nice for a personal touch? They had left the room open with the key inside and kept an eye on it until we arrived."

"The recently renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and in excellent condition. The reception staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The location was wonderful - surrounded by greenery, close to rivers, historical sites, the town centre, and plenty of restaurants. It was also a great area for walking. The room amenities were good, and the outdoor facilities were well maintained, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable."
