Temperature control in the room was finicky and couldn’t be turned off. Room was large with a separate sleeping area. No view and frosted glass windows which were small. Very friendly staff in a convenient location. Sneaker by the door kept turning the light on at night but staff came and turned it off. Overall good stay.

Check-in was very easy! Room was spacious! Close to a lot of tourist attractions 10-20min walks! train station nearby. Bath takes awhile to fill so plan ahead for that! Be prepared to have cash for your deposit of the room :)

Staff is very friendly, will utilize translation app if really necessary. Location is literally just a few mins walk to Universal Studios, close to train station, and right in between 711 and Lawsons for practically anything you might need.
Breakfast is very good selection each day is very tasty!.

"The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was well situated to metro stations and shopping and there were abundant restaurants and cafes within walking distance. My only concern is with the bathroom shower curtain; it smelled moldy and should nee see washed or replaced."
