Good clean and spacious room with great facilities. Staff helpful particularly the lady in the mornings. Location ideal for exploring the city with the tram literally outside. Small hotel with quirky rooms would recommend.

This hotel is old (they don’t call it “historic” for nothing) and run down (featuring peeling wallpaper, a saggy matress, threadbare carpet and a kitchen that looks like it was built in the 80s). I thought it was a 3 bedroom or had 3 beds. There were 2 beds and a futon. We ended up using the futon in the living room instead. We didn’t find the indoor trash bin until we were leaving, because it was outside. Other than that, it was very clean and the price was great.
