Room with supper: only one choice of main dish, one of vegetable, two choices of soups. Eating in the restaurant took us one hour and ten minutes of waiting after we had ordered. The soups were warm. We had to go looking for the waitress all the time. The rooms we had were large, had lots of space for stuffs, had two small sofas and a chair. The shower doors would open easily if you touch them accidentally while taking the shower.

Great !
Went for a short break - cannot complain. Room was spacious. Didn't feel it was cleaned the best but it was livable. The location was okay, if you like walking you will be fine, bus-stop is nearby as well as the train station (didn't use it) Bar prices are okay, there is a small supermarket which has all the things you may need. The staff don't smile much but the bar server Marcin and his colleague were amazing. So friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Desk staffers spoke English and were helpful.. The breakfast bar was fantastic with multiple varieties of eggs, meats, breads, veggies, etc. at a bargain price. The location is great, just steps from the train station that offers service to Krakow and airport. A well-stocked grocery store shares the parking lot. The only quirk was the refusal of some desk clerks to connect incoming calls to my room, which was a major inconvenience as U.S. cell phones don't work in Europe.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Shame the hotel bar closes at 10pm which is extremely early.

New hotel not run by great hoteliers
Couldnt manage to give me an extra half hour for check out. Eeery light in hall ways maybe they are saving on electricity and coal burning, which is a good thing. Excellent breakfast. Bed was really comfortable. Many groups of Chinese tour buses. Weddings on the weekends and they keep the old dead flowers on the table afterwards.

Nice Hotel, close enough to Krakow centre and excellent Transport facilities. Only one and half hours to the mountains. Will use it again.

Not close to the city
This hotel is not close to the city. The breakfast is so so overall a C. In two different occasions a hotel staff who was not a housekeeping opened our door without knocking and any reason. There was only one English TV station from china. We will never go back

Great Hotel!
Great hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. The owner opened the bar for me at 1 am to have a cold beer and some food. I loved it !

Great hotel, smart and modern. The rooms are big and spacious, the bar is nice and the location is handy being next to a supermarket. Just a 15 minute walk into the town centre.

Modern and friendly.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was was less than a minute from train station so transport into krakow was great. Breakfast was buffet style and most of it not to my taste but enough variety to find something to eat.

Our stay was great. We knew we had easy access to krakow via the train station within 150 meters. The salt mines were only about 1.5 km away.

Unique and Functional
Hotel Lenart provided a unique experience, especially since we booked the "blue room"... with an underwater/beach theme. The room was functional and still pleasing with good lighting, sound control, A/C, and set-up. It was easy to get where you needed to in the hotel... and outside, just a hop, skip, and jump to the train into Krakow!!! Also, a pleasant walk to the salt mine adventure. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast and dining facilities were excellent.

Hard to beat and only 20 mins from central Krakow
This is a great choice if you don't want to stay in the middle of town; the benefits of being outside are huge. You'll have a large room, free use of the terrific spa for an hour each day, a fabulous breakfast buffet included, a supermarket literally next door, wonderful rural surroundings to walk through, and a delightful ride by modern train (2 minutes from the hotel front door) into town when you want to go. You will be only one minute by train in the other direction from the station for the salt mine tours. For the price we paid this is a "no brainer" choice, a very modern, comfortable four star + hotel with a delightful arty feeling to it. Go and stay there before everyone discovers it!

Fun Kraków Hotel
The hotel was new, fun and a nice place to stay. You can connect to central Kraków and Auschwitz by train. The train connection is a short walking distance from the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff people. Good breakfast. Our safe had problems and one bed lamp did not work. Great value.

A good place to stay in Wielicka or Krakow.
A well-maintained and modern hotel with a few antique pieces of furniture in the lobby for a neat feel. The room is modern and clean. The beds are a little firm for my taste, and the bathroom looks like a metro station, but that's really more aesthetics than anything. We were on the floor above the lobby, and there was a wedding or event downstairs that kept us up with its music until very late the first night. But no major problems aside from that. The restaurant is good, not great, and the staff is quite pleasant. There is a supermarket in the same parking lot, which is really convenient for snack and drink needs.

The decor of the hotel caught my interest. It is quite original but not overbearing. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast, served in a wonderfully spacious dining room, was tops. Going into the city was easy because the train station is situated just behind the establishment. I was very impressed with Hotel Lenart.

Unique contemporary hotel
Unique hotel less than 10 mins. walking distance from the Wieliczka salt mine. It's very hip and high concept modern design in all aspects (visuals, lighting, furniture, music) so older patrons looking for traditional accommodations may find it a bit outside of their preferred taste, but younger travellers are definitely in for a pleasant surprise. Breakfast comes with a lot of choices and is served in a beatiful bright dining room.

Quirky hotel, friendly service
Lovely hotel, a bit different from other spa like accommodation in the town. Was a bit further out of the centre of town than we hoped, but then parking was free and we could leave our car all day for free once we'd checked out.
