I couldn't even use the kettle because it was filled with a strange white residue. • No Basics: No Wi-Fi throughout the stay and the lobby water dispenser was empty. • Infrastructure Failure: A pipe burst, leaving the hotel with no water. My friends and many other guests were forced to trek to One City Shopping Mall just to use the public toilets...
