"I had a truly exceptional stay at the Geno Hotel. From the day shift to the night staff, the service was world-class. In all my travels, I have never been treated like just another guest; I felt like part of the family. The care from the entire team—from the managers to the young man at the front door—is unlike any other. I especially want to thank the restaurant staff. Every time I returned from shopping at the local shops, they seemed genuinely happy to see me, greeting me with huge smiles and a warm 'welcome back.' "Attended an event at the Shah Alam Theatre, so the primary reason for booking this was the location. Staff was friendly and helpful; the onsite food options were good and convenient. Didn't explore the area so cannot comment on it. Property is showing its age, and I hope the owners invest in an upgrade. Furnishings showed distress; carpet slightly worn; bathroom porcelain was colored; one elevator kept stalling. However, was pleased with the stay."
