"We enjoyed our stay. The highlight was the rock-lined outdoor onsen fed by a hot spring. As we soaked in the mineral bath, we looked out at the snow-covered pines and blue skys above. It was the best onsen experience of our entire three-week holiday. We were there using a cold snap; the common spaces were chilly but our room was comfortable."

We loved the private onsen in our room as well as the option to use the other onsens on the property. The beds were very also one of the most comfortable throughout our entire trip. The dinner and breakfast meals were amazing. We would have loved to stay longer but it was outside of our budget. Thankyou for an amazing experience."
