"Staff is friendly, readily greets guests, asks about your day, and want to help you out. Easy to book spa, use bar, and restaurant. Bar and restaurant are a bit pricy, but thats typical of hotels anywhere. Spa is small but very nice and clean. "

"I had a fantastic stay here and the most impressive part was the wonderful staff here who were all so friendly & helpful. The location is excellent for getting to sight seeing locations around the city centre. The breakfast was excellent with many varied options. The room was clean & very comfortable. I definately recommend this hotel and its also near shops and convenience stores. Well done & thanks! to all the hotel staff & I hope to be back in future. "

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really nice with something for everyone. It was also the cheapest meal in town. We did not eat or drink there otherwise. Downside = the bed was not comfortable. It was hard yet bouncy. We could feel the springs and every movement each other made. I still slept OK, but my husband did not, which made for a slightly cranky travel partner."

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at CityHub Reykjavik. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the shared facilities, which really stood out. The amenities were excellent, and the hot tub was a definite highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The room itself was clean, warm, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind.
