"Really good hotel. It’s a boutique and therefore you are treated especially well by the staff and family who own the hotel. The location is by the coast with 5min walk to a lovely beach area. Breakfast is good and the gym is ideal. The massage chairs are a great touch and very useful. The rooms are very good size with kitchen and with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A very good and calm place to stay and Heraklion is very nearby."

"Evina is an apartment hotel, with a number of two story buildings around a square. The compound was supposed to have a pool and a small store, but these looked to have been closed for some time. There is also no restaurant on premises, so we were informed that we would have to go to the hotel down the street (owned by the same owners) for breakfast, and that we could also use the pool there. That pool isn't suitable for small children, as it is too deep, even at the deep end, and when we were...
