If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday in a safe and idyllic island setting this is it. We fell in love with this simple, elegant hotel and our beachfront cottage and made the most of the beautiful surroundings, family-friendly bar complete with bush babies, and the most amazing natural beach. The food was wonderful and the fixed menu made it easy - the local seafood, particularly the kingfish, was delicious, as was the Swahili buffet, especially the coconut and bean soup. The staff...

Staff were great. Very helpful. Room was spacious. Building lovely.

Fantastic place to stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful, place is clean, pools great and in a good location with access to the hotels beach area with lounges. Breakfast was also great, very fresh. Only thing was the bed in our room was extremely hard.

Great resort, would have no hesitation in recommending Neptune Pwani Hotel to anyone looking to holiday in Zanzibar. Wonderful private beach perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Excellent hotel with great all-inclusive package. Great staff. We had a wonderful stay doing very little. Arranged our own driver for a day trip into Stonetown, about an hours drive away.

Spent 5 days at this hotel. Had a bungalow on the beach with a view of the sea. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they were all extremely helpful. They even let me use their office computer when the WiFi wasn't strong enough for an important admin task. Food was excellent (plenty of variety and interesting buffet selections). Staff decorated the room with flowers daily.

This is an excellent property with all the facilities you need for a sun and beach holiday. It was good value based on the half-board arrangement. The tide goes out a long way but it is beautifully warm when it is in and there is a lovely large pool. The annoying boys on the beach have largely gone so transfers and excursions are pricey.

Loved the African feel of the property, with the luxury of a European resort. Spacious and well laid out, the rooms have plenty of privacy and great aspect.
