With our family of 5 and 3 young kids, we could walk to everywhere in town (brewery, restaurants, coffee, shopping, playground, ice cream), plus we could run or walk to/around Bass Lake. "The house had been wiped over. We each had one towel to use for bathing and getting in and out of the hot Tub. I know this is not the standard. When I informed the management, I assumed they would bring more, I should have asked for more. Ugh."

"The small town of Valdese is cute and has some great things to see and do but this little bungalow is amazing! All the furnishings and appointments were clean, attractive and uncluttered.
